Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 April 2026

These terms are in draft and are pending solicitor review before live payments are enabled.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Glamr platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. Beauty professionals ("Providers") are also subject to our Provider Agreement.

1. About Glamr

Glamr provides a software platform for independent beauty professionals ("Providers") to manage bookings, clients, and payments. Glamr is not a beauty service provider and is not party to the service agreement between Providers and their clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Glamr. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Provider accounts

4. Bookings and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By accepting payments through Glamr, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Glamr collects a platform fee as set out in your subscription plan. Deposits collected from clients are held by Stripe and transferred to your connected account after appointment completion, subject to Stripe's payout schedule.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Provider subject to their configured policy. Glamr will process refunds as directed by the Provider's policy. In the event of a provider-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the client.

6. Subscription and fees

Access to provider features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

7. Intellectual property

Glamr and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, business information). By uploading content, you grant Glamr a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
